---

**Core Elements:**
- Dodgeball
- Kickball
- Relay Racing

**Objective:**
Teams compete in a continuous cycle of relay sprints, dodgeball survival, and kickball scoring, rotating roles each round to rack up the most points before time expires.

---

**Teams & Players:**
- 2 teams of 6 players each.
- Roles: 2 runners, 2 throwers, 2 kickers (rotating every round).
- Games consist of 4 rounds, 5 minutes each.

---

**Field Layout:**
- Three lanes:
  1. **Relay Track (center)** – 30-meter dash zone with baton handoff.
  2. **Dodge Zone (left side)** – Throwers attempt to hit opponents running the relay.
  3. **Kick Zone (right side)** – Kickers take turns kicking balls into a scoring goal net.

---

**Gameplay Cycle:**
1. Runners start a relay lap with a baton.
2. Opposing throwers in the Dodge Zone try to peg runners with soft dodgeballs.
3. If runner is hit, baton drop resets their lap and loses potential point.
4. Simultaneously, kickers take turns kicking balls from a pitch machine into a net (aiming zones for extra points).
5. After 5 minutes, teams rotate roles clockwise (runners become throwers, etc.).

---

**Scoring:**
- Completed Relay Lap = 2 points
- Successful kick (any target) = 1 point
- Long-range kick (marked zones) = 2 points
- Pegging a runner = 1 point to throwing team
- Baton drop = 0 points for that runner's lap

---

**Twist / Chaos Element:**
- “Reverse Chase” Round (final round): throwers and runners switch lanes mid-way; chaos encouraged.
- “Double Kick” bonus: any kicker who hits the top scoring target gets an extra ball.

---

**Safety Notes:**
- Dodgeballs must be foam.
- Runners must wear elbow/knee pads.
- Referees enforce safe throwing zones and lap resets.

---

**Setup Time:** 20–30 minutes
**Play Time:** ~25–30 minutes per match
